Started as a cashier for a year with typical cashier duties, and then transitioned to the "Drive Up and GO" position during COVID. Was appointed the position in order to fill the demand for contact-less shopping.

Tasks included:

• Processing and compiling online orders in a rapid and chronologically organized fashion.

• Making judgement calls, i.e. providing adequate substitutions for out of stock items when requested.

• Handling customer interactions/system malfunctions/complaints over phone, and sometimes in person.

• Ensuring the customer's preferences are considered when being bagged, stored, and inspected in preparation for pickup
