- Inventory/Fulfillment: Oversee receiving, processing shipments, and supporting in-store pickup for online orders.
- Task Management: Monitor dashboards for daily metrics (like speed to ship) and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Technology Use: Utilize POS and handheld systems to drive department goals.
- Team & Environment
- Training: Help train new colleagues on service, sales, and store procedures.
- Feedback: Provide real-time coaching and recognition to teammates.
