  • At Entropy I was in the first starting crew. At Entropy I got to use my experience to help create a foundation for the kitchen. I also was able to collaborate to help make things more efficient in the kitchen. While at Entropy I learned how to adapt to a line cook position, learning how to make all menu items, limited items and customizations customers made to their orders. Overall, at Entropy, I enjoyed being a part of the atmosphere and having a place to really use my skills to make a difference.

  • This is my fourth location. I moved to this location due to moving from Alabama back to Ohio. At this location I have got to learn how to further my kitchen manager skills. This location very much helped me get into a routine with my daily tasks of making sure food was up to temperature, prepping to ensure my team had what they needed, and helping to guide the team along with the service managers to have a smooth shift.

  • This is my third location. This was a location that was in need of already experienced chipotle employees at it was a newer store at the time. I was transferred to this location, where I gained managerial experience. Due to my good reputation and dedication to the company, I was offered the Kitchen Manager position. With this position, I had to follow protocols closely to cook and handle food safely. I also had to help ensure that the quality of the food was up to standard. I learned how to count critical inventory, and I learned about prepping. I also was learning how to accompany service managers when they need assistance with certain tasks.
