While working for Baskin Robbins, I provided assistance in training new crew members and was responsible for performing team service and communication among other crew members. As a Lead Cake Decorator, i was responsible for overseeing and executing the artistic and technical aspects of cake decoration with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity. My role included leading a team of decorators, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
