  • Guests were greeted with Red Bull cocktails, brunch favorites, and kits from The BLK Originals
  • Saxophonist Alan Thompson and DJ Mic Check graced the stage and tag teamed a set of timeless classics while Simone Patterson gave life to the canvas with a live art activation dedicated to notable alumni Ernie Barnes
  • The painting, which was sold in a silent auction, will provide support to a current student through the Original Circle of Friends (OCOF) NCCU Endowed Scholarship
  • Guests were happy to find themselves in a world of nostalgia as they were encouraged to mail off postcards with a written poem by former Poet Laureate, William Davis, in exchange of a topic
  • Production was provided by Spiral
  • 75+ tastemakers, hand-picked for their dedication to NCCU and the Durham community, will forever remember this year's homecoming not only for its traditions but for the bridges that Red Bull helped them build
