
-Assist customers with requests ranging from scheduling appointments to billing and sale of additional or bundled products.-Most importantly, using my understanding of technology and communication devices to trouble shoot issues with customer's equipment.-Cross-trained and provided back-up for other customer service representatives when needed.
-Effectively communicate the benefits of Comcast products and services, while going door to door.-Focus on locking customers into term deals to secure recurring revenue for Comcast into the near future.-Provide training and knowledge assistance on the use of products and services sold new hires and sale reps whom are not meeting sales goals.-Demonstrate efficient and working knowledge of all products and services sold by the Sales Department to potential and existing customers.-Communicate independently,effectively and professionally with customers, employees and managers to establish and maintain considerate relationships.-Keeps abreast of current industry trends and practices.
