  • Answered up to 20 calls from employees regarding access issues of a wide variety each day. We support several different systems including Database, Mainframe, Active Directory and Unix. Our primary support is to determine the access missing and what request form to use to request access.
  • I am also trained in computer hardware and software. Many of our calls include supporting desktop and laptop computers through running scripts to correct issues.
  • We also support MS authentication and cloud.

  • Assisted Employees with document issues when the merchant contracts were not in the server. Installed Verizon cards remotely over the phone and assisted with other computer software and hardware issues.
  • Moved data from sales person's laptops to different laptops when the old machine failed or parts needed replacement. Met scheduled shipping 98% of the time.
  • I also kept track of computer inventory on a interactive excel file and I sent to the manager's manager every month.

  • Wells Fargo Financial help desk was the sole support for the Supreme system and network including servers, networking peripherals, office equipment attached to the Supreme system such as log printer and check printer.
  • Support included working with IBM Vendors replacing hard drives and set up secure transfer of the same to Des Moines. This process also included learning how to join the server to the network again.
