Acquired first investment rental property in Person County, NC in 2008. Expanded portfolio to ten properties within two years, including two duplexes. Managed property improvements that included cleaning, painting, and landscaping.

I managed all rental properties contracts, tenants, improvements, maintenance, repairs and finished construction of properties.

August 2016 - December 2017 sold eight of properties to an investor, lease purchased the two additional properties with deed transfers completed July 2026.

2017 moved to Brunswick County NC purchasing two properties as Airbnb/VRBO

short term rentals.

2017 I opened “Organizing Your Surrounding’s” a cleaning/organizing business I started after moving to the coast.

Arrange wedding images to share with family and friends for purchase. Create the couples wedding memories in their album of choice in a creative, captivating love story.

*Family. Generations gathered to celebrate family in a group portrait is priceless, during the same session photographing individual families for their unique family personality.

*Growing up with memories club. Pre natal through kindergarten portrait sessions including family portraits once a year.

*Fur Babies. Pet photography on location or in one of my indoor/outdoor studio areas.

*Race cars. Historic Formula One races around the world, personalized owner/auto portrait sessions including. Large wall portraits for display in offices etc.
