During my time as a Foods Team Lead I have focused on development, of myself and my team. I changed the way in which we hold and give out bread to create a more efficient experience for our guests. I have developed six ATLs, one has been made a TL, two who could step into the TL position, and three who are well prepared for their role and are still developing. I have increased the revenue brought in from the Grist Mill.
During time as an Assistant Team lead I worked primarily in Ham and Beans and the Grist Mill. I spent time in Hickory House and Miss Lillian's.
During this time I worked mainly in Till and Harvest and transferred to Dogs and Taters. During my time as a Food Team Member, I also worked in a variety of other locations across the park to provide support in locations as needed.
