My role working for United Bank Customer Care is taking inbound calls in the call center department and making sure we meet customers needs in a timely manner and reaching out to the proper department for further information as needed.

• My role in Fulfillment Team Lead is to make sure that my team is up to date on everything that needs to be completed for the day. I'm responsible for making sure everything is in order. I make sure the correct items are pulled for when the customers come to pick up their orders, along with receiving phone calls in between for curbside pickup. My team and I strive daily making sure everything is ready and work really hard in order to make sure everything is complete. I love being a team player and working hard with my team. I am also a very hard working, dedicated, and dependable person. I complete all tasks that are given to me within a timely manner.

• My role as a Cashier for Walmart was making sure customers was greeted properly while approaching check out. Asking the customer if they have found everything they needed. I helped the customer with their purchases to their vehicle as needed. I wanted them to feel they had a good shopping experience.
