Mackenzie Dickson

I am responsible for checking products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity; preforming food preparation or service tasks; addressing any questions or comments that customers may have; taking customer orders and assemble the orders; and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

I am responsible for assisting a cohort of residents with adapting to campus living and developing a strong sense of belonging within the College of Charleston. I used varied methods for engaging residents, building both individual relationships and community-wide bonds. I seek to empower residents to develop skills that will benefit their overall college experience, including but not limited to interpersonal communication, conflict management, and self-accountability.

I was responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers in the store. I stocked shelves, operating the cash register, and helping customers find the items they need; helped keep the store clean and organized; and helped with other tasks such as restocking coolers or cleaning the bathrooms.
