I'm not sure how much this counts but for many years now I've helped assist dance classes for kids ages 2-16. What I do as an dance assistant is keep kids focus and motivated to learn/remember their dances every week until recitals and make sure they're having fun well learning. If a child is upset I will do whatever I can to make them feel better, sometimes it's as easy as giving them a sticker and other times they need someone to sit down and listen to them for a little while. I've done this for so long because I love seeing the joy in kids faces dancing with them every week and watching them grow.

At Vandy's each employee is expected to take, cook, and hand out orders for customers. It's important to work fast and diligently well still being polite and kind to customers and your fellow workers.

At Target I was in the Fullfilment Department, what that department does is go around the store and shop for all the online orders and make sure they're packed and ready for when the customer arrives. Every order is timed so you must work fast well still helping customers around the store.
