  • Handled scheduling on When2Work, including creating and posting the full schedule for the month. Also, I made sure there was coverage wherever it was needed.
  • Helped with KPIs, and helped keep them within standards.
  • I looked at one-person and two-person classes and made adjustments to lower those numbers to meet company standards.
  • Scheduled and ran EAPs, making sure all employees are knowledgeable about what to do in case of an emergency. I gave both positive and constructive feedback after practicing what to do.
  • I was a point of contact for parents who had any questions or concerns about their child's swim lessons. I have handled many issues with parents using the company's 'REFF' policy.
  • I frequently get into the water to pull kids aside to work on skills with which they are having a difficult time. I also get into the water to help teachers with students who may need a little extra help. I communicate with teachers to see who or what they may need help with before and after every shift. I provide both positive and constructive feedback to every teacher after every shift to help each teacher grow!
  • I assist any new families with questions they may have about swim lessons. I also give them a tour and help them get a little more familiar with the site.
