Some of my first and most core memories from my childhood were on or around the theatre arts. What started as a childhood passion has grown into a lifelong commitment to building meaningful connections and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. From coordinating community programs at Baton Rouge Little Theater to rebuilding patient trust at Miracle-Ear, and now matching talent to opportunity as a recruiter, I've worn many hats-but every role has centered around people. I've opened clinics from the ground up, managed donor and patient relationships, hosted events, and built teams that thrive. Now, I'm ready to bring that same heart, hustle, and love for the arts to a place as iconic as the Paramount Theatre. For me, this isn't just a job-it's a full-circle moment to give back to the kind of stage that shaped me.
