Amended contracts from the vendor were routed to the source post-business user validation. • Managed Content Manager On Demand (CMOD) in Agile methodology to provide reporting functionality for multiple LOBs; Configure new reports, setup access control, configure archive (retention period), tune performance of existing reports, migrate Annotations, load/extract reports using Java. Configured ICN UI with Snowbound viewer to search, view (AFP, PDF), print, annotate and export.
• Led Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS) initiative – Integration of additional LOB’s lending system “nCino” (Salesforce application) with FileNet. Implemented bulk loan-document import process from nCino to FileNet using Megacryption (export/import), developed scheduler jobs and reports following Agile methodology.
