My role was to provide a supportive, child-centered environment based on Montessori education that encourages independence and hands-on learning. Observe and guide children’s development through individualized activities that support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Maintain a safe, organized classroom while promoting positive behavior and communicating with families and staff.

My responsibilities were to provide in-home care that supported individuals from a wide range of ages and needs. I assisted with daily living activities, including companionship, housekeeping, personal care, safe transfers, offering medication reminders, and running errands as needed.
