  • Duties as a medical scribe at an endocrinologist's office include reviewing and transcribing each patient encounter (visit) with one of our clinicians, communicating with medical assistants & clinicians regarding patient care, writing referrals/other communications in correspondence with other medical providers, and much more. Additional duties included scanning and faxing documents, reviewing and editing medication lists, inputting ICD-10 billing codes for visits, and utilizing Microsoft Office apps for tasks.
