While I was a receptionist in high school, I was learning what was all involved in being a service writer. After high school, I became a service writer and quickly caught on to the fine details of the process and was able to navigate more efficient avenues for most parts of the process. I worked in a few of the brands within our dealer group, moving to a department that was underperforming each time. With adjustments and attention to detail, I was able to help bring the productivity and overall performance of the department up with a fairly rapid turnaround.
I was awarded Top Culinarian in our school Culinary Arts program. This was earned through lots of dedication to not only my class, but the whole program, lots of volunteer work with the other classes or outside of class time, the ability to take challenges and overcome them better than anticipated, and due to many long hours of working to perfect and complete many Culinary projects.
