Madison Patterson

My job at the VA is to assist residents with daily living. I help get vitals when asked by the nurse. I maintain the residents room to make sure they stay clean so they can safely move around their rooms. I support the residents in mobility and transportation throughout the facility. I have trained new staff members. I help residents perform oral and personal hygiene. I complete rounds every two hours and at the end of my shift, I complete documentation on the care provided to the residents throughout the day.

My time at the Village, I assisted residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety. I maintained and healthy and clean environment for my residents. I helped the residents perform hygiene. At the end of my shifts, I would chart the care provided throughout the day.
