Madison Rowland Auffarth

As a team lead it has been my responsibility to help guide my team by training/coaching, delegating tasks throughout the shift, and running lunches and breaks. I have been more than happy to cross-train on every position so that I am able to jump in where needed to help. I take pride in having a strong work ethic and it is always my goal to be the best that i can at what i do. I have strong customer service and i get along very easily with different types of people making it easy to maintain strong and healthy work relationships.

My daily routine consisted of moving and unloading large quantities of heavy merchandise throughout the store, as well as maintaining an organized clean store front. My team and I unloaded large trucks effectively sorting and organizing product working together to create the most efficient routines possible. I was able to assist customers with extreme knowledge of product and was able to answer any questions they had as I try to to be as knowledgeable as possible about what it is that i am doing.

I was tasked with organizing product in the front of the store, watering and caring for all live plants, and keeping a clean environment. I was trained in cash handling while at this job and was able to efficiently follow cash handling standards. I was able to create deep, friendly relationships with my regular guests, and provided a warm atmosphere for everyone who entered the shop. I pride myself on making meaningful connections with not only colleagues but guests as well.
