• My current position is mainly customer service-oriented featuring returns, exchanges, trade-ins, fixing order issues, creating appointments, and competing in-store pickups.
• Promote Best Buy's membership programs by communicating and interacting with customers for which membership best fits their needs.
• General store upkeep like cleaning, organizing, restocking, checking orders, and assisting other employees when needed.
• Anything and everything technology. I'm expected to be well-versed in everything tech and to have a general knowledge of how everything works in the store.

Though a different job title, my role at the Lynnwood Best Buy has the same criteria as my current job.

• Bagged customer items efficiently using proper techniques to protect delicate items and separate different groups of merchandise.
• Helped customers out to their vehicles.
• Collected shopping carts all throughout the day and cleaned/ dried them.
• Swept the floor and took out trash several times a day along with cleaning all restrooms every hour.
• Assisted other employees with returning products to the floor.
