Supported HR and Talent Acquisition in recruiting Physicians and healthcare professionals by screening resumes,

coordinating interviews, and joining recruitment panels. Assisted senior leadership with administrative tasks and gained exposure to hospital acquisitions, legal processes, and executive operations. Strengthened organizational and communication skills while gaining hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle.

Plan and coordinate chapter events and activities as well as promote social excellence while maintaining campus relationships. Organize 300+ person events while ensuring safety and efficiency. Represented Kappa Kappa Gamma to the Panhellenic Council,collaborating with other Greek organizations to promote unity, cooperation, and community engagement. Advocated for chapter interests,council decisions, and helped keep Kappa's best interest in mind.

Represented peers in student government, addressed academic and cultural concerns, and helped implement programs that enhanced student life and cross-cultural integration for international participants.

Participated in a course for Benjamin Edwards, a Wealth Management Company, in which students learned about all of the different roles in wealth management. Engaged in activities meant to teach students about the both short and long term goals of each position in a wealth management company.
