I have been working as a MST ( tech) at Gulfport Memorial Hospital for about two years, during which I've gained extensive hands on experience in providing patient care. In this role, I have supported nurses and other healthcare professionals by assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, ensuring patient comfort, and responding promptly to changing needs. My time at Memorial has strengthened my clinical skills, deepened my understanding of patient centered care, and reinforced the importance of communication, compassion, and teamwork in creating a safe supportive environment for every patient.
