• Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Ensure zero-displacement of high-value assets and strict adherence to federal audit standards by securing inventory via DD Form 1348.
• Safety & Performance Leadership: Spearhead a comprehensive safety program, delivering technical training and on-the-job (OJT) instruction to mitigate operational risk and ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and aviation protocols.

SAP ERP & Process Optimization

• Advanced SAP Administration: Leverage SAP ERP modules daily for complex procurement, multi-site asset transfers, and data-driven analysis to maximize material flow efficiency.
• Inventory Accuracy & Integrity: Achieve a 100% inventory accuracy rate through the orchestration of daily cycle counts, automated variance reporting, and real-time asset tracking.
• Strategic Stock Analysis: Utilize predictive analytics to establish optimal reorder points, effectively balancing stock levels to prevent Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) conditions while minimizing holding costs.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Repair Cycle Management: Streamline the end-to-end repair cycle for critical components, from vendor sourcing to manifest verification, ensuring prompt turnaround and uninterrupted fleet support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance personnel to provide expert technical research on part numbers, expedite back-orders, and facilitate rapid-response material issuance.
• Logistics Orchestration: Direct all inbound/outbound shipping and receiving operations, maintaining rigorous manifest verification and priority handling for mission-critical shipments.

• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
• Sorts and stocks products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with positive attitude.

• Child Development & Engagement: Facilitated engaging indoor and outdoor developmental activities, using positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to cultivate children's communication skills, self-esteem, and positive peer interaction.
• Safety & Wellness Management: Consistently monitored and enforced health and safety protocols, including supervision during play, assisting with personal care (toileting, washing hands), and maintaining a thoroughly clean and secure learning environment.
• Administrative & Instructional Support: Supported the lead teacher by implementing instructional activities, collecting and accurately tracking essential daily records (attendance, meal counts), and ensuring compliance with all health and safety documentation.
