I have over ten years of experience in the service industry with my favorite positions being in spaces that showcase beautiful seasonal produce and local purveyors of delicious goods while in artistic lively spaces. I have experience serving at Gracias Madre in San Francisco which is a vegan restaurant and embrace plant based cuisines.
I left serving to pursue a career in archaeology and possess a masters degree in biological anthropology. For the last six years I have worked in cultural resource management as an archaeologist but am looking to revisit the service industry. I can provide my CV for this field if needed.
