I take great pride in making patients feel comfortable, answering questions with attention to details and caring for personal needs. I am able and willing to grow and learn with the technology advances and the ever changing medical and insurance industry.

With 20+ years experience in the customer service industry I have found what I love most is connecting with clients and using my skills to help them achieve their goals. Trust and consistency is key.

I am not seeking to find 'just' a job. My goal is find a team where I can contribute my talent's and also learn from those who have different skills and knowledge.
