- Performing the Head Teacher role at Norfield Children's Center for the five days fours program has given me the opportunity to provide a unique learning environment and experience to each child in the eight areas of child development and learning. These eight areas of child development and learning are cognition, social and emotional development, physical health and development, language and literacy, creative arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. While working as a team with two other Teachers, I plan the curriculum, supervise all activities, hold parent/teacher conferences and oversee the safety and well being of each child as well as encourage creativity through exploration and free play.

I joined the Company and opened a six room focus group facility in Chicago while working with their locations in NYC, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Dallas. I supervised the buildout, hired 30 + employees, solicited Clients and managed and maintained the business. We turned a profit in the first year, expanded and were rated the top facility. I also held a volunteer role as President of the local Marketing Research Association.
