My name is Maggie Lucero, I am a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. My 1.5 years of training was completed at Vista College in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I am focused and highly motivated to deliver seamless and pleasant healthcare experience to patients. I have achieved 7 years background knowledge of medical assisting and phlebotomy skills. I also offer extensive skills in measuring vitals, preparing and drawing blood samples and preparing treatment rooms for patients. I am motivated and offer clinical experience, outpatient experience, and inpatient experience, in my certifications. I am detailed and understanding of protocols governing medical test preparation and documentation. I also have knowledge in following HIPPA, OSHA, and PPE guidelines. I have extended my interest in healthcare as early as 2014 where I completed a course at Western New Mexico University, as a Nursing assistant. I have furthered my education in the Health Care field by attending online courses at Western New Mexico University where I received great feedback from professors and been on the Deans list numerous times. I have also been nationally recognized by the National Society of Leadership and Success for my GPA and academic success. I am a very empathetic, effective and motivated employee. I will combine my acquired knowledge to ensure and provide patients with the best quality care.
