- I make sure employees are constantly working and that customers are satisfied.
- Making sure the store has everything it needs by ordering a shipment twice a week.
- Closing shift every night and making sure theirs an exact amount of money in the safe once a week so I know no one's stealing or that I'm not making a mistake.
- Constantly cleaning and organizing the store. At times I stay for an hour or two after work just organizing and cleaning.
- Watching the store on the camera while I'm home or outside to make sure all the employees are doing as needed.
- I do lots of other tedious tasks like washing the trash cans, dusting off the ceiling and fixing basic things at the store that stop functioning as designed.
- Most of the employees are young and lazy so I I've learned to be extremely patient with them and to be strict as needed.
