During this Internship I worked with my team to incubate a new Startup Idea and won the 1st Most Innovative in the Business Plan Presentation and received hundreds of dollars for the endeavor. Received the Prestigious Presidential Service Adult Bronze Medal for my participation and service to the organization.

• Interpreted and analyzed guest needs and provided solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
• Guided guests through the season pass or general park purchase process, while utilizing sales techniques such as quantity, up-selling, and discounts
• Utilized computer to create and process season passes, inputted pass registration forms, took photos of the guests, and ensured proper distribution of the completed passes
• Identified and scanned different types of admission tickets and season passes, and verified authenticity and proper usage upon receiving the tickets at the front gate
• Performed operating duties for toll booths, included, but not limited to, setting up booth and points of sale, processed transactions and provided direction and park information to guests
• Made guests happy by delivering fantastic experiences and helping them create lifelong memories
