I was born in Vietnam, spent most of my life there, until I was transferred to the U.S. when I started to change. Moving to the American environment, also moving to a new environment, I gradually adapted and almost always used English as well as my own Vietnamese. Now I am a citizen of the United States, fluent in English, but still retain my Vietnamese.
It is very useful especially for Vietnamese customers, not only Vietnamese, with all of them speaking Asian languages, so it is also easier to interact with Asian customers.
For American customers, it would also be helpful if they had a need for things in Asia, and also a little fun to serve.
