I am a dedicated, positive, and customer focused retail professional with years of training in customer service. I'm proficient at handling cash transactions, and operating POS systems with accuracy and efficiency. I'm a natural people person, known for creating positive shopping experiences. I have the ability to upsell in a way that feels genuine and natural. Additionally, I'm exceptionally experienced in working with children of all ages. Because of my past experiences of working at summer camps as well as assisting with family childcare, I've become well versed in working with children and creating an entertaining but safe environment to encourage artistic abilities and creativity. Recently, I took time off from working to help with caring for my younger sister but I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and expertise back into a customer service role.
