I would assemble a variety of keychains and charm rings for cities, states and countries as souvenirs.   • I worked at this restaurant over the summer and was trained in every position available. I worked the grills and stove to make our main dishes tteokbokki, bibimbap, and mandu. I learned how to safely work with raw and cooked meats, vegetables and rice. It was also crucial for me to keep every area sanitized, therefore cleaning the grills, sinks, counters, food containers and utensils used when cooking. Often I would run the register and orders, making sure to get the food and pricing right when it came to add ons and substitutions. This restaurant was in a food court type of building so the seating areas were shared. I would run food to customers and make sure their tables were clean before and after their time spent. As business picked up, I was serving anywhere between 30 and 65 customers a day. Working open and close shifts it was my responsibility to have proper quantities of food and ingredients prepared, as well as have the restaurant properly sanitized and running smoothly throughout the entire day.
