After years working as a cook, perfecting the art of nutritious meals, I realized my true passion was in fitness. While I loved cooking, the gym was where I felt most alive. I dedicated countless hours to improving my own fitness and learning how to help others do the same.
Determined to follow my passion, I made the bold decision to change my job, earn my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification, and pursue a new career.
