I am a passionate graduate student currently pursuing my MS in Food Science & Technology at UW-Stout. I consider myself an independent and proficient Food Science professional with expertise in product development standards, food law and analysis, quality assurance, as well as HACCP and PCQI, ensuring the highest quality and compliance of food products. Over the past year, I have focused extensively on product development, food microbiology, food law, and food safety.
