"I am honored to recognize Mallory Mitcham for her commitment to supporting working parents, particularly working mothers, at Clemson University and beyond. Through her CU Grow project, she created a centralized hub that connects parents to resources and community, addressing a critical gap that often impacts women’s well-being and career advancement. Her work reflects thoughtful leadership grounded in research, stakeholder collaboration, and a clear focus on meaningful, lasting change. She extends this impact through her mentorship with Postpartum Support International, where she supports new mothers with empathy, advocacy, and guidance." - Kristen Finley, Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, Clemson University, c. 2025
