Office Skills:
Laboratory skills:
I am a well rounded individual - I have been raised on a farm where I have learned about facing adversities and always pushing through and working hard no matter what the challenge is. I also was fortunate to get an early start in the workforce by helping out at my family's feed store throughout my child hood where I saw the ins and outs of running a business as well as working alongside customer service clerks, cashiers and office staff.
In addition to day to day tasks in the family businesses, I have worked for about a year cleaning horse stalls and last summer I was given the opportunity to work at a large animal veterinary clinic where I was able to expand my office experience and was introduced to microbiology in the milk quality lab.
I currently attend Oakdale High School where I participate in the FFA program in courses such as Floral, Horticulture and Ag Mechanics. I also raise a market goats for FFA, this will be my 3rd year raising, showing and selling my market goat. This year I will also be raising and showing a rabbit.
