

I aim to be the best at anything that I am challenged with, and I enjoy having my peers look to me for guidance and expertise.
I am expected to answer phones, book appointments, create customer accounts, check in & check out appointments, help customers with anything they may need, help resolve issues. I assist my co-workers with anything they may need help with as well.
I also wash, and blow dry dogs, cut their nails, all dog grooming related responsibilities. All while having patience & create a peaceful environment, all while being in a busy environment.
I attended and created meetings, interviewed, hired and trained employees. Came up with strategies to help grow the business, and increase revenue. Created promotions, and handled our social media to bring in more business. I was in charge of creating the schedule, filed all paperwork for the salon.
I also did all responsibilities listed in my “pet stylist” position on top of these duties. I was responsible for keeping our store stocked and ordering the correct supplies to make sure we ran quickly and efficiently.
I did lashes on clients, recommended products specific for them, and worked a full schedule of about 8 clients per day.
In this fast paced environment I created perfect drinks, memorized hundreds of drink recipes, cleaned, unloaded our truck and stocked the kiosk, opened and closed the store and handled customer complaints.
I would create shipping labels for customers, print copies, send faxes, sort mail from USPS into customer mailboxes, create banners, books, logos, and more. I also would stock the shelves and help with planning the supply order for the store.
I can type upwards of 60 words per minute, I am experienced in Excel, PowerPoint, teams I am highly eager to provide great service to anyone that I have the knowledge of taking care of I work great in any environment whether that be hectic or more laid back Punctuality and professionalism are my driving force in presenting myself in the best light
