On a difficult day I like to listen to 80's KROQ music. This is relaxing and helps me to process.

When working with inmates it can be challenging and stressful due to the denial of substance or behavior issues. Once I leave the prison I listen put on some 80's music to soothe my mind and i sing really loud, which puts me in a better mood. On days that are not so stressful, I will listen to 80's anyway. Music is always my go to.
