  • Subject-matter expert for recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, role description, interviewing, facilitating selection, negotiation, offer & close).
  • Strong focus on hiring for Subject Matter Expert level cleared positions for the State & Federal Government— Solid experience recruiting for agencies like US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), Department of State, US Securities & Exchange Board, US Customs & Border Protection (CBP).
  • Partner with hiring managers, organization leads & key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop a strategy to meet hiring goals & objectives.
