  • Responsible for the management and upkeep of all technology at Oakwood Intermediate and South Knoll Elementary campuses, including but not limited to 600+ desktop computers, 500+ laptops, 260+ projectors and Smartboards, dozens of printers, networking, and other technology devices.
  • Acting Project Manager, where I managed the installation process of putting in new Interactive Smart Touch Panels. I communicated, created a plan, and developed a detailed routine schedule with the contracting company. (The project took a year to complete.)
  • Work closely with about 350 teachers and staff, as well as 1,000 students, to provide effective computer support with minimal system downtime.
  • Managed multiple Windows operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11).
  • Managed multiple Windows 2008 and 2012 servers as printer servers and thin client servers.
  • Managed and created groups in Active Directory for a campus-specific organization.
  • Operate with a team of technicians to maintain system uptime and support district-wide.
  • Work closely with the Computer Techs, as well as the System Administration Team, to help assist teachers and staff in any way possible, and to provide valuable solutions for district-wide issues.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all technology inventory for College Station ISD.
  • Managed and maintained the functionality of all CTE programs on the assigned campus.
  • Knowledge of configuring, testing, implementing, and managing group policies.
