- As the owner of a construction company, I oversee and manage up to 80 direct employees. I was responsible for all technical aspects, budget management, hiring, and quality control of the projects.

- During this period, our company had contracts with major regional industrial maintenance firms, with a highly skilled in-house team. We were involved in the construction of commercial, residential, and urban development projects.

• As company comprises a Holding, which operates in the Forestry, Paper Manufacturing, Electric Power, and Agriculture sectors. As a Civil Engineer, I worked across all four companies within the group, overseeing all civil construction projects for the group.
• Civil Engineer responsible for the owner's part in the construction of a 30MW Hydroelectric Power Plant - UHE Salto Curucaca.
• Oversaw the creation, approval, and monitoring of the annual budget for maintenance and civil projects for the entire group.
• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.
• Managed quality assurance and laboratory testing for concreting operations.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Collaborated with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, drawings and blueprints.
• Involved in project coordination, collaborating with technicians from different specialties

- Responsible for the implementation of contracts that these companies had with public agencies.

- Construction of Substations Sites and Transmission Lines.

- Participated in groups with other specialists in project coordination and compatibility.

- Responsible for the execution and monitoring of new budgets;

- Worked on construction projects such as churches, hospitals, Shopping Center and High-end luxury condominium

I engaged in this activity in parallel with my Civil Engineering studies. I began as an apprentice, gaining experience in various areas of the company such as inventory management, procurement, and project approvals with public agencies. After completing my degree, I became responsible for the construction of residential buildings.
