• Supervise associates in critical functions during operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations.

Amnesty Floor Monitor(AFM)

• FAST (Floor Access Safety Training) certified to safely navigate on the Amazon Robotics (AR) floor.
• Retrieve amnesty (fallen items), reset faulted drives and resolve any pod crashes taken place on the AR floor.
• Assisted in the training of new associates, sharing best practices and offering support as needed.

Inventory Quality Control Assurance(ICQA) Problem Solver-

• Researched and extracted data to complete tasks.
• Performed root cause analysis of discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records, taking corrective actions where necessary.
