Marcia Mullins

I am currently part of the Centene Testing Team. The duties that I have performed during my 26-year career with ESI include member services team lead, client interface in CDH and clinical implementations, benefit set-up, service quality auditor, end to end benefit testing, Business Analyst I and II, indemnity auditor and responding to senior leadership escalations. I am fluent in copays, indemnities, clinical edits, CDH, coverage updates and other aspects of PBM operations. I enjoy interacting with our internal partners and clients to ensure accurate, knowledgeable, and responsive service.

I was the assistant to the District Manager and a Business Analyst. Responsibilities included accounting, human resources, event planning, sales support and assisting with daily operations of multiple retail locations. I organized sales opportunities at events such as the Cincinnati Business Expo and the ATP Tennis Tournament. I traveled throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana to provide support and training to the sales staff.
