I began my career at Arabella of Red Oak on April 18, 2023, as a Med-Tech/Caregiver. A few months into my role, I was promoted to Lead Med-Tech/Trainer, showcasing my dedication and capability. In 2024, I advanced to the Assistant Wellness Director (AWD) position, where I assumed increased responsibilities and collaborated closely in sharing the wellness director duties. Over the past two and a half years, I have been on a continuous learning journey, marked by significant professional growth. This ongoing process has allowed me to steadily enhance my skills and progressively develop my leadership abilities, fostering both personal and professional advancement. Looking ahead, I aim to further deepen my expertise, embrace new leadership challenges, and contribute to innovative projects that drive meaningful impact.
