During my time at San Jose State University, I competed as an attorney on the university's Mock Trial team. This experience provided me with a strong understanding of courtroom procedures, professional etiquette, and evidentiary rules. I also gained valuable skills in developing a cohesive case-in-chief, including crafting opening statements, conducting direct and cross-examinations, and delivering closing arguments. This hands-on experience deepened my appreciation for legal strategy and strengthened my ability to think critically under pressure.
