Repair Technician with proven skills to push a company to new heights. With training at NWTI (as the top student), a CompTIA A+ certification (proving I have the bare requirement of knowledge in a entry level I.T role) and ongoing training at free geek (a tech intake recycling nonprofit with a thrift store.) I have always been dealt lemons, got knocked off a path, but no matter how many lemons I get handed, no matter how sour. I will always hand back lemonade.

  * After free geek established the new policies I requested. The appliance intake shelfs are now less cluttered, easier to manage and overall safer without the risk of them tumbling over and stacking up too high. Helping bring free geek to a never before seen standard.
  * Repaired, serviced and cleaned 91 computers back to working order.
  * Work with a team of about 2-10 depending on day.
• Washington County Historical Society, Volunteer - Fayetteville, AR (2022)
  * Sought out the greater good of the historical society in my role as wounded soldier. Greeting, informing and helping guide visitors so they can further immerse themselves in the Civil War.
  * Working with others as a team of about 20. Volunteer of the month

  * A standard for people starting I.T careers.
  * Proves you have the baseline foundational skill/knowledge (such as hardware, software, operating systems and networking) to get into an entry level I.T job.
  * Having the certificate is about equal to 6 months of hands on experience in Helpdesk support and CompTIA recommends candidates have 9-12 months of hands on lab experience before attempting it.
  * A+ was a semi-enforced requirement to graduate at NWTI and I was the only one who achieved in getting one that year.
