  • Manage financing programs from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for over 100 units of local governments and assist them in repurposing their funds for energy efficiency projects
  • Streamlined and structured performance metrics for the EECBG program to measure the impacts of funding
  • Designed, implemented, and updated dashboards for team to measure grantee applications, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Trained team members on performance accountability for energy grants systems and how to use grantee data
