- Supervisor assigned me a client of my own in order to assist them with emotional support, community housing, and occupational programs.
Mitigation Intern
7 Months- Assisted attorneys in the felony division by reviewing case records and helping to determine a proper resolution for clients facing mental health and/or substance abuse needs.
- Attended and observed court proceedings and the county jail with the mitigation specialist in order to learn court processes, observe and conduct mitigation interviews, and aid in the client's defense.
Management Intern
3 Months- Assisted the management team in a fast-paced financial services branch.
- Participated in a financial planning summer-long project and presented it on my own in front of the branch.
- Assisted with a large-scale remodel implementation of the office building.
Head Pool Manager
3 Months- Opened the pool for the summer, cleaned the surrounding areas, and set up all of the equipment.
- Managed a staff of approximately 25 lifeguards and 2 assistant managers while also creating the schedule for the summer.
- Maintained the chemicals of the pool to ensure it was safe to swim in.
- Achieved this position after starting as a lifeguard and moving my way up the employment ladder.
