Under the supervision of a Senior Underwriter, performed duties assigned including Phoenix box work; claims, policy updates. Respond to agent emails in a timely manner. Incoming calls from agents regarding all aspects of personal lines; quote and issue, appetite, current state requirements, negative actions.

Develop a rapport with agents in the Central Region for Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana for a mutually beneficial agent/carrier relationship.
